Sara Kear

Sara saw the promise of Adept Marketing before anyone else—she was the company’s first employee. Since then, she’s played an integral role in developing marketing services for the agency, and establishing it as one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in Columbus. Now as a conduit for Upright, she’s poised to help launch another great agency.

In her role, Sara uses her technical skills and results-oriented mindset to drive strategy, optimization and results for clients, and her core strength lies in her ability to bring clarity and add process to complex programs. More easily stated: data analytics is her jam. Her dedication and leadership have grown revenue for some of the nation’s biggest brands and local businesses like ScottsMiracle-Gro, Nationwide, American Electric Power, and others. She’s recognized as a Columbus Top Person to Know in Marketing (but as someone in-the-know, you already knew that). She earned a degree in writing and art from the University of Findlay, which will undoubtedly come in handy at Upright.
